2002 bis 2003 Auslandsaufenthalt in Bologna – Studium der italienischen Meister auf den Gebieten Zeichnung und Handhabe der Werkstoffe (auf Gemälden)
1999 Entschluß, als (in „kunstinstitutionellem“ Sinne) Autodidakt zu arbeiten;
zwischendurch Lernwochen und Zusammenarbeit mit Restaurator, Zimmermann,
Buchbinder, Metallarbeiter zur Aneignung von Fähigkeiten, die die Erstellung von Installationen ermöglichen
1997 FH Münster – vorwiegend Drucktechniken, besonders Radierung
1996 bis 2000 Teilnahme am philosophischen Seminar der Westfälischen-Wilhelms-Universität, Münster
